Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Payment & Billing

  • 1 Payment must be made before or at delivery. We accept various payment methods including cash, UPI, and online transfers.
  • 2 Pickup and delivery times depend on availability. Express charges may apply for urgent requests.

Service Conditions

  • 3 Stain removal is not guaranteed as results may vary based on fabric type and stain age. Delicate items may incur extra charges.
  • 4 We are not responsible for color damage, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects that occur during standard cleaning processes.

Customer Responsibility

  • 5 Please check all pockets before giving clothes. We are not liable for any items left inside (money, jewelry, documents, etc.).

Claims & Compensation

  • 6 Missing or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.
  • 7 Unclaimed clothes after 30 days will be donated to charity or disposed of to maintain hygiene standards.
  • 8 Compensation, if proven valid, is limited to 5x the service charge of the affected item only. We do not compensate for sentimental value or consequential damages.
